Mercedes-Benz Service A
The following information on Mercedes-Benz and the detailed service recommendations are based off most vehicles manufactured 2009 and later. However, the newer models starting in 2015 and later may have specific needs. For example, if you Mercedes-Benz is a diesel or runs with a V12 engine you should follow the instructions for that specific unit.
Service A is the first service you will receive around 10,000 miles or 1-year of driving. The service is a full synthetic oil change accompanied with an inspection of components. The certified technician inspects and documents the components condition. The following are all included but may not be limited to the service; (depends on your exact model) exterior lights, under hood fluids, air filter, cabin filter, brake condition, tire condition and pressure level, oil and filter replacement, hoses, and belts.
Mercedes-Benz Service B
Service B is performed at 20,000 miles or 1-year after Service-A. It is not time dependent but more based on mileage. This is a more in depth inspection of your Mercedes-Benz and created to ensure you vehicle is always operating at optimal performance levels. We follow a specific guide, created by Mercedes, that indicates what needs to be inspected and what needs to be replaced at the specific mileage marker. The service B should be performed every 20,000 miles. For example, 20,000 - 40,000 -60,000 - etc. It's important to keep up with your services so your vehicle can stay safe and reliable.
