Daytona Beach Cadillac
Repair & Service
Reilly Auto Repair continues to keep up with the innovation as vehicles continue to improve year after year. The head technician, once a proud owner of an STS and a CTS, is master certified in General Motors. A common Cadillac problem we run across is the illumination of the StabiliTrak light on the dash, which will accompany with a message "Service Stabilitrak Light". You may also see TRAC (traction control), ABS (anit-lock braking system), or STAB (another light for stabilitrak). This system uses a steering wheel position sensor to communicate and compare the actual position of the wheels in the vehicle. In the case of an emergency or if there is a problem, the system may send signals to make small adjustments to the brakes and/or engine control. This may be something as simple as a sensor, but could also be an underlying problem with a module or wiring harness. When these lights display on your vehicle it means the systems are not performing as they should and in most cases they become disabled as a built in safety feature. You would not want the systems active if they are not performing efficiently. These systems can help assist during stormy weather or difficult driving conditions. Reilly Auto Repair has master auto-electric technicians on staff because we understand the importance of being able to efficiently and accurately diagnose your vehicle. We pride ourselves in being capable to compete directly with the dealership, which now charges a whopping $170 per hour. While we service your Cadillac you can enjoy our comfortable lounge offering drinks, wi-fi, coffee, Netflix, and a personal bathroom. We provide complementary inspections and our recommended maintenance comes straight from Cadillac.
